Just saw the list of TV shows on HBO Max and I'm like "Yaaas, more great stuff!" 🤩 They've got a mix of new and old shows that look so good! I've been meaning to check out "Abbott Elementary" for ages, it looks hilarious 🤣. And "Succession" is always a favorite of mine, it's just so well written 📚. I love how they're adding more British comedies like "Rain Dogs", I'm all about that feel-good vibe 😊. I've also been curious about "First Day on Earth", hope it's as good as the others 🤞. Anyone else caught up on any of these shows?
 
lol what's up with the "First Day on Earth" tho? sounds like a fancy way of saying "new season of some random show that nobody's heard of". i mean, i'm all for giving new creators a shot, but can we get some actual titles that are gonna make me wanna binge-watch, you know?

anyway, looking at this list, it seems like hbo max is really trying to cater to the comedy crowd. no offense to barry and avenue 5 fans or whatever, but i need something that's gonna make me LOL on a Tuesday night when all i've got going on is laundry. also, where's the love for some good ol' fashioned drama? succession just got cancelled after like 2 seasons already
 
OMG u guyz!!! 🤯 I cant even right now lol HBO max just dropped some amazin new showz! 📺 like Avenue 5 is literally soooo good!! 🚀 I mean who doesnt love a good space drama? And Love & Death is all about the rom com life we need that in our lives!!! 😂 And dont even get me started on Succession its like the ultimate guilty pleasure 🤪 what do u think of these new showz? Should i binge them all irl?? 📺💥
 
Omg have you seen the lineup for HBO Max lately? I'm all about that comedy vibes 🤣! Avenue 5 is giving me so much Stranger Things nostalgia, but in space 🚀. And then there's Barry... who doesn't love a show about a hitman with a talent for acting? 😂 Plus, I May Destroy You is still giving me major #GirlPower energy 💁‍♀️. But seriously, I'm loving how diverse the lineup is - from A Black Lady Sketch Show to First Day on Earth, there's something for everyone. And can we talk about Rain Dogs for a sec? Who knew British comedy could be so underrated? 🤷‍♀️ Definitely adding those shows to my watchlist ASAP! 👍
 
man... looking at this list makes me think about how far we've come with representation in TV 🤯 I mean don't get me wrong, it's awesome to see more women-led comedies like Rain Dogs and A Black Lady Sketch Show, but can we go back a bit further? Like, remember when The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel came out and people were like "oh finally a strong female lead" 🤷‍♀️? or what about Fleabag? those shows paved the way for so many more like it... now we've got Rain Dogs and Selby's struggles, which is great, but also kinda... familiar? 🙃 I guess that's just progress, right? 😊
 
ugh dont they think we're bored already? like every other streaming service has the same old shows on there... what's the diff between abbott elementary and avenue 5 other than one is a mock docu and the other is just space drama lol 🤷‍♂️ anyway i guess its good to have some new faces like the british comedy stuff rain dogs or whatever 🌧️
