i'm not saying the syrian gov't didn't do something right with the kurdish rights thingy... but come on, they can't just sweep everything under the rug like this. those detention centers are a nightmare , and it's crazy that no one's talking about the potential blowback when they let all these suspected isis members go free. we need to think about the long game here, not just some quick fix that'll just lead to more problems down the line . transitional justice and elections would be a good place to start...
