just got my hands on this new book by Graeme Green and I'm absolutely blown away! 
The way he's taken the classic "Big Five" concept and turned it into a global movement to protect endangered species is pure genius 
. The images from Ami Vitale, Steve McCurry, and Paul Nicklen are mind-blowing – who knew these animals were still this gorgeous?! 
I'm especially loving the essays from Jane Goodall and Paula Kahumbu – so inspiring to see people taking action for conservation! 
One thing that's got me thinking is how rewilding can actually be a game-changer for species like the polar bear and elephant. We need to get creative if we want to save them 
I mean I've seen some gorgeous pics in my time but these ones take my breath away every time Ami Vitale Steve McCurry and Paul Nicklen are like the ultimate photographers, I'm not surprised they're part of this project 
what I love most about it though is that it's not just a showcase for the animals, its also got some amazing essays from Jane Goodall and Paula Kahumbu about conservation and indigenous communities... its like, wake up people! we need to act now or these incredible creatures will be gone forever

It's so crucial that we involve them in conservation efforts, not just because it's the right thing to do, but also because they have the most valuable knowledge and expertise on how to preserve these ecosystems.
