The Observers - Amid harsh winter, 'half of Gaza's residents are living in dilapidated tents'

man... what's going on in gaza right now is just heartbreaking 🤕 its like winter has come and gone already but still gotta deal with all this poverty and lack of basic human rights. 500+ people lost their lives already? and tens more dying from hypothermia? it's crazy to think that some kid died because they couldn't get warm 😔

and don't even get me started on the aid trucks... like, what's up with israel not living up to its promises? it's not just about the numbers, it's about showing some humanity, you know? 600 aid trucks per day sounds nice but if most of them are getting stuck at the border, that's basically useless 🚫

and those tents... poor quality, expensive, and barely lasting a month? it's like they're not even trying to help people in need. and now we got these illnesses running rampant because ppl can't afford basic medicine 🤢 gastroenteritis, bronchitis... it's like gaza is just one big disaster movie 🎥

Ugh I'm literally freezing just thinking about ppl living in those flimsy tents 🥶😓 Like how can this even happen in our world? I feel so bad for those kids who lost their lives or are struggling to survive 😔 And it's just not fair that Israel isn't doing enough to help, especially considering the aid trucks they agreed to deliver. It's like they're saying "we'll try"... no one should have to deal with this 🤕

And oh man, those $200-$250 price tags for new tents? That's wild! I mean I know we don't spend that on school supplies but come on... Can't organizations just get some decent stuff from somewhere? 🤑 The Sameer Project is doing so much good work though, even if they can't get the best materials. I'd want to volunteer with them ASAP 🤗
