omg can u believe how far haggis has come lol? i mean, it used to be just sheep's insides and stuff but now there are all these fancy veggie versions that r actually pretty tasty ! and its so cool that young scots like ross o'connieide are enjoying it as a way to connect with their heritage - like, food is a great way to bond over family history & traditions, right? also, i love how haggis has become a symbol of scotland's identity and culture, its like a national dish or something!
I'm not sure how I feel about haggis, but seeing all these variations is kinda cool. Like, who knew you could make it without animal stomachs? And it's interesting to see how young Scots are into it too... maybe I'll give it a try this Burns Night thing
