TikTok users “absolutely justified” in fearing MAGA makeover, experts say

man this is like so sus what's going on with tiktok?? 🤔😬 i think experts r right tho, if they're suppressing pro-trump content & not admitting it, that's some shady stuff 🤑👀. but at the same time, i get why people are skeptical 'cause we've seen this play out on other platforms like instagram & twitter before 💥. david greene is totally right tho, we can't just assume tiktok's intentions without proof 😬. and can we talk about trump wanting to "make tiktok great again"?? 🤦‍♂️ it's all so dramatic lol. i guess the thing is, tiktok users r like super smart & have developed this digital literacy that allows them to recognize patterns of censorship 💡. but at the same time, it's hard not to feel like we're living in a scary world where algorithms are controlling what we see 🌐. anywayz, i think the real question is: can tiktok really maintain its neutral stance or will it become more...i don't know...partisan? 🤔👀

🤔 I think we need to watch this space closely - like, seriously pay attention. The whole "MAGA" thing is just a symptom of something bigger 🤯. If these technical issues and content moderation errors keep happening, it's not just about accidental bias, but also intentional suppression. I mean, when does it become censorship? The users are right to be skeptical - they're not naive anymore 😒.

And let's not forget Trump's comments on wanting to "make TikTok great again" 🙄. That's like a red flag waving in the air. What exactly does that even mean? Is he trying to exert some kind of control over what gets posted and what doesn't? The tension between free speech and algorithmic moderation is already super delicate, but this could be the catalyst for something much bigger 💥.

As experts say, users are developing digital literacy, which means they're not just going to take TikTok's word for it anymore 🤓. They'll find ways to adapt, work around these issues, or even leave the platform altogether. But that just means more chaos and upheaval in the short term 🔥.

One thing's for sure - this is a canary in the coal mine for social media platforms everywhere 👀. We need to be watching how TikTok handles its own problems before we start worrying about what other platforms might do 🤖.

I'm low-key worried about what's going on with TikTok 🤔... I mean, think back to Myspace and how they were all about being creative and sharing whatever you wanted? Nowadays it feels like everything is just so curated and filtered 📸. And don't even get me started on the algorithm - it's like Google trying to read your mind or something 😂. I remember when Facebook was still just a bunch of college kids sharing their lunch pics, and now it's all about "democracy" and whatnot 🤦‍♂️.

I'm not saying Trump is the problem (although I did have some beef with his whole Twitter thing 🚫), but if TikTok starts to feel like a shadow of its former self, we're gonna lose something special. It's all about those little moments where you stumble upon a video that makes you laugh or cry - where's that going? 😔
