I'm totally with Tim Dowling here

... I mean, who doesn't love a good debate about literature, right? But seriously, maybe his wife was right, you know? Maybe it's time for him to listen to others and not just dominate the conversation all the time

. Or maybe he just didn't realize how much he was coming across as, like, a total book nerd

. Either way, I'm gonna miss Tim at the book club... but who knows, maybe this is an opportunity for him to find new friends and interests outside of the group

.
On the other hand, I think it's kinda harsh on his wife for being so cold-hearted about it

. Like, didn't she used to love discussing books with Tim too? Maybe she just needs a little more time to process her feelings or something... but at the same time, maybe Dowling did overstep some boundaries and this is a wake-up call for him

.
Honestly, I'm not sure what to make of it all anymore

. Can you ever really have too much of a good thing, like in Tim's case with the book club? Or should he just learn to share the spotlight a bit more? Ugh, my brain is spinning
