colombia was finally making progress on their peace talks and now it seems like trump and petro's joint op has just pulled everything apart 
it was about time someone did something to tackle these cartels, but do they have to be so dramatic? 
i mean, can't they just negotiate without threatening each other's lives? 
the venezuelan border is already a mess, now they're going to try and crack down on cartel activity there too? 
it's like they want chaos, not peace
