idk why ppl r thinkin this TrumpRx thing is gonna solve everythin lol. its like they think meds r just gonna magically get cheaper cuz trump says so . newsflash: insurance companies r still gonna make us pay more than half our meds outta pocket, no matter how much trump wants to help. and whats with the high-profile obesity meds on this platform? just cuz ppl wanna pay less 4 them doesnt mean they actually need 'em . also, what's the deal with insurers makin cash payments count towards deductibles? that sounds like a whole lotta extra hassle 4 nobody . and honestly, i think most ppl r just gonna stick w/ their insurance bc its the more cost-effective option for them. didnt change my own meds just cuz trump had an idea

I'm not sure about this new platform from Trump administration... sounds like a good intention but how long will these discounted prices actually stick? Like in that TV show The Office, when Michael Scott introduces the "Dundies" awards and people start expecting freebies all the time? I mean, can you imagine if people had to choose between paying for insulin or buying a decent cup of coffee every day? That's just not right.

But honestly, how many people will actually use this platform when they have insurance and can get better deals through their insurance company? I'm also worried about the unintended consequences, like insurers allowing cash payments to count towards deductibles. That sounds like a recipe for disaster! What do you guys think? its kinda weird that trump's trying to tackle high drug prices again . i feel like we've been here before and the results were pretty meh. anyway, i think what's interesting is how some meds are doing better than others on this new platform . like, obesity meds are getting a lot of love from patients, but for blood thinners or something, not so much . plus, with generic alternatives already available, it's hard to see why people would be excited to pay full price out of pocket . i guess only time will tell if this whole thing actually sticks and saves people some cash . also, what about patients without insurance? are they gonna have access to these discounted meds or not? that's a big question mark

This is a pretty cool idea but I'm not sure how well it's gonna work in practice . Like, we all want cheaper meds, but the reality is that not everyone has access to these new platforms or can afford them upfront . What if they need insurance coverage for those high-profile meds? Or what if other pharmacies offer similar prices? I think we'll see a lot of variation in how effective this platform actually ends up being .
