I'm like totally confused about this credit card thingy... I mean, shouldn't people just save up for Christmas instead of borrowing all that cash? And what's with the prices going up so much? Can't they just make some cheaper stuff or something? My sister said she had to get a new phone last year and it was like, totally expensive... but I think my friend got one last month for way less! How does that work?!
the numbers dont lie, people r really struggling 2 pay bills & keep up w/ christmas expenses. credit card debt is thru the roof! its like they say, 'necessity is the mother of invention' or in this case, necessity is the reason ppl are using credit cards to cover living costs i mean, whats next? people gonna start taking out loans 2 buy groceries?!
aww poor people having to resort to credit card borrowing just to make ends meet... like, it's already hard enough dealing with inflation and all that stuff and now they're gotta worry about Christmas shopping too? it's just so stressful... but at the same time, I guess it is kinda good that households are being proactive about managing their finances (in a way) like, increasing bank deposits and all that... still, can't help but feel bad for those who are struggling
Its crazy how the UK is getting more debt happy I mean, its not all bad, but ยฃ2.1 billion added in one month? That's a lot! I remember last Christmas I had to dip into my savings just to afford presents for the fam and it was stressful . But I guess thats what happens when inflation is high and everyday costs are through the roof . Its good that people are being cautious with their finances, but at the same time, its scary to think about how much debt we're racking up . Maybe the government should do something about it, like raise the minimum wage or somethin . Anyways, I'm just glad I've got my credit card in check .
