idk why ppl are so quick 2 believe this flag was meant 4 terrorism... didnt they see it got tossed on stage during the concert? like, u throw a piece of fabric up there & expect ppl 2 assume ur a supporter of some terrorist org? lol also cant help but wonder how many times the gov's got wrong about who's actually doin the bad stuff in Gaza, meanwhile we're distracted by a band playin a flag on stage

I'm really confused about this whole situation with Kneecap and the terrorism charge against Liam O'Hanna . On one hand, I totally get why the prosecution is pushing for this - it's clear that an image of the Hezbollah flag was displayed during their concert, which could be seen as a provocative move . But at the same time, I think it's pretty questionable how quickly the charge was brought and then thrown out due to a technical error .

And can we talk about how this whole situation feels like a classic case of deflecting attention away from a bigger issue? The whole thing about alleged British complicity in Israel's actions against Palestinians in Gaza feels really heavy and serious . I get that Kneecap is trying to stick up for their values, but do they have to go at it with the prosecution like this?

I think what's most worrying here is how the media is reporting on this - it feels like some outlets are framing this as a "witch-hunt" against the band . That kind of framing can be really damaging and unfair to Kneecap, especially when we don't have all the facts .

I don’t usually comment but... I think this whole thing is a bit weird . One minute the rapper's accused of supporting a terrorist group and the next it gets thrown out because of a technicality? It seems like a lot of drama for something that might not be as cut and dry as people are making it out to be . I mean, I can see why the band would want to clarify their stance on this, but isn't it time we stopped jumping to conclusions about someone's politics just because they're in the spotlight? At least let's wait for all the facts before we start throwing around accusations...
