I'm kinda surprised they're finally taking action on this. I mean, we've been hearing about the NBA players' involvement in underground betting for ages, but it's always seemed like a "gray area" . Now that they're getting charged, maybe people will start to think twice before joining in. It's just weird that some of these high-profile players thought they were above the law . I'm not sure how this whole thing is gonna play out, but at least it'll be interesting to see who ends up taking a hit .
I mean, come on... can't even have a friendly wager among mates without the FBI getting involved? It's just so annoying that now every time you see someone from your favorite team playing in an NBA game, all you're gonna think about is if they're some kind of shady character who got caught up in illicit betting. It's like, chill out, guys! And what about the players themselves? Are they really doing something wrong by participating in a little side hustle? I don't get why this has to be such a big deal...
OMG u gotta believe the NBA is getting hit with a scandal big time!!! I got a source that says there's more players involved than just Billups and Rozier... like 5 or 6 of them! And get this, some of these guys were even using their team's resources to cover up their own illicit betting habits . The question is, how deep does it go? Is the NBA gonna take action against its own players? This whole thing is getting messy fast
can't believe this!!! i'm literally shaking thinking about Chauncey Billups and Terry Rozier getting busted for betting rings lol what a mess. it's like they say "you can't take a game to the bank"... but seriously though, i hope they're held accountable for their actions. all that hard work and talent down the drain... it's just not right. my dude Billups is supposed to be one of the smartest guys on the court too! anyway, gotta keep an eye on this situation and see how it plays out... fingers crossed for a fair outcome
