Ugh, don't be so quick to brush it off

. I mean, think about it, some people might actually need help with whatever it is

. Maybe they're just having a bad day or something? Can't we just take a sec to try and assist them instead of immediately saying no?

It's all about customer service, right? And what if the person needs help with something that you wouldn't normally do? Like, maybe they need assistance with coding or something, but they don't know where to start

. Don't knock it 'til you try it, right?

I mean, I've seen people get super frustrated when they can't figure out how to do something simple because no one took the time to help them
