🀯 I'm literally shocked people still forget about their poor feet! Like, come on guys, they're the foundation of our body! πŸ™Œ Taking care of your feet is super important, especially with all the party shoes and high heels out there right now πŸ˜‚. It's not just about looking cute, it's about being comfortable and healthy too.

I've started doing some foot exercises at home and OMG, my feet are feeling so much better! 🌸 From calf raises to toe strengthening activities, it's all about supporting those joints and tendons. And yeah, weight matters too - the more you weigh, the more pressure on your poor little feet 😩.

I think we need to start prioritizing foot health like we do with our mental or physical well-being 🀝. We should be getting regular check-ups at the podiatrist and investing in some good quality shoes that fit right πŸ‘ . It's not rocket science, but it does take a bit of awareness and intention 😊.
