The US think they're so much better than everyone else just 'helping' Venezuela out. Newsflash: we don't need your help!

Sounds like they're trying to give Venezuela a DIY kit for democracy... complete with instructions on how to fix itself, but not actually giving it the tools or support to do so. It's like asking someone who just went through a divorce to rebuild their relationship with themselves first... yeah right!
