Week 9 non-Eagles rooting guide

For Non-Eagles Fans, Here's a Roster of Games to Root For This Weekend

The Philadelphia Eagles have been dominating the NFC, and with their bye week approaching, fans of other teams can use this opportunity to support some rivalries. We've got a rundown of games that will help the Eagles' chances of winning the division.

First off, the NFC East standings look like this:

- Cowboys (3-4-1)
- Eagles (6-2)
- Commanders (3-5)
- Giants (2-6)

The Eagles are looking strong to take the division with a 87% chance. Here are some games you can root for that will help Philadelphia secure their spot:

**Cardinals at Cowboys:**
Both teams have talent but are inconsistent in their performances. A loss by Dallas is ideal, and even if they win, it's not like the Cowboys are a force to be reckoned with.

**Seahawks at Commanders:**
The Commanders are having a disappointing season, so a win for Seattle would be a huge boost to their chances of making the playoffs.

**49ers at Giants:**
The Giants have already lost to the Eagles twice this season. This game is more about the 49ers who need to prove themselves as a contender in the NFC.

Looking at the bigger picture, there are some threats lurking in the shadows:

1. **Packers at Panthers:**
If the Packers lose, it would be ideal for the Eagles. The two teams have already played each other this season and their next matchup will be crucial.

2. **Lions at Vikings:**
A Lions loss is better for the Eagles since they need to take down some talented teams in order to secure a spot in the playoffs.

3. **Saints at Rams:**
The Rams are a clear contender, but losing to the Saints would definitely help out Philadelphia.

There are also some fringe playoff contenders that you can support:

1. **Bears at Bengals:**
If they make it into the playoffs, the Bears would be an easy out for Philadelphia in the first round.

2. **Falcons at Patriots:**
The Falcons' chances of winning the NFC South are fading fast.

Finally, if you're looking ahead to the future, here are some games that will affect your team's standing:

- Chargers at Titans
- Chiefs at Bills

These teams play against the Eagles in weeks 14 and 17 respectively. The Chargers play Week 14 and their game is crucial for Philly.

**Trade Deadline Watch:**
The Raiders should be sellers, but if they lose again, it will confirm that suspicion.

And here are some games that don't matter to the Eagles:

- Colts at Steelers
- Broncos at Texans

omg can you believe the eagles are so close to taking the division lol 🤯 like 87% is crazy but i'm still hyped for them no matter what happens this weekend. u think the cowboys r really gonna choke against the cardinals idk maybe but either way its gonna be a good game to watch 📺 my friend just said we should all root for the packers tho if they lose lol lets keep our fingers crossed for that 😅

the eagles are killin' it rn lol 🤩 i mean u can support other teams just cuz its rivalries and all but lets be real, philly's on fire 🔥 gotta love seein a team dominate like this. still think the packers might give them a run for their money tho 🤔

I'm not a fan of the NFL's scheduling system... I mean, can you believe they've gotta play all these teams in separate matches just so one team can 'root' for others 🤷‍♂️. It feels like a long way to go just to make sure they get where they wanna be. The Eagles are lookin good right now tho, 87% chance of winnin the division? That's some serious pressure on those other teams...

🏈 The way I see it, the Packers and Lions are becoming increasingly attractive options for Eagles fans to support this weekend. Losing either of these teams would definitely boost Philly's chances in their respective divisions... ⚡

🤑 so i think the eagles have a pretty easy road ahead of them. 87% chance of taking the division is insane. but idk about this cardinals game against the cowboys, they're not that bad and dallas just needs to show up lol. and if seattle beats washington, it's gonna be huge for philly. also, 49ers vs giants is like a formality at this point.

I'm loving this article 🤩. The Eagles' dominance in the NFC East is insane! They're basically guaranteed a spot in the playoffs now 💪. But I'm not feeling too bad for the other teams, especially Dallas and Washington 😐. A loss for either of them would definitely be beneficial to Philly's chances.

I'm also intrigued by the 49ers' game against the Giants 🤔. The 49ers need to prove themselves as a contender, and this is their chance 💥. And can we talk about how the Packers are being set up for success here? 🤑 If they lose to Carolina, it would be like Christmas for Eagles fans 🎅️.

I'm not too worried about the Saints' game against the Rams, though 😴. The Rams are just too strong right now 💪. And those fringe playoff contenders? Yeah, the Bears and Falcons aren't exactly looking good 🔇.

But hey, who am I to predict the future? 🤷‍♂️ Maybe some upsets will happen and shake things up in the standings 🔄. One thing's for sure, though - this article has got me hyped for the rest of the season 🎉!

i just saw this thread about the eagles and i gotta say, it seems like philly fans arent really worried about the cowboys winning lol. 3-4-1 is not great, idk how much of a threat they are even with dak prescott on the field 🤔
