i mean like Lost Horizon is from 1933? still so good tho! 
it's crazy how James Hilton wrote this adventure novel with some deep philosophical stuff too. and The Crying of Lot 49, that one's like a wild ride through the world of paranoia and conspiracy theories 
i feel like they're speaking to each other in this month's books with all these themes of identity, love, family... it's like time travel or something 
anyway, can't wait to get my hands on some of these authors' newer works
