omg this is crazy cloud seeding in delhi? its like they're playing god and hoping for the best but seriously isn't it just patching up the symptoms instead of dealing with the root cause? air pollution is a huge issue in india and we need real solutions not some experimental technique that might not even work i mean what about all the other ways to tackle pollution like reducing emissions or investing in green energy? it feels like they're just sticking their fingers in the dyke instead of fixing the pipe
I'm not sure if this is gonna work, tbh . I mean, we've been hearing about pollution in India for ages now... 2016 was when I remember reading that PM2.5 levels were super high in Delhi. Anyway, I think the government needs to focus on actual solutions like increasing public transport, bike lanes, and recycling facilities. This cloud seeding thing is just a temporary band-aid . What if it doesn't even work? And what about all those salts getting into the soil? That's not gonna be good for the environment . Can't they just, like, invest in some proper air filters or something?
I'm not convinced about this whole cloud seeding thing... I mean, what's next? Making it rain chocolate for everyone? It sounds like a bunch of hocus pocus to me. The idea that releasing salt into the clouds will magically make it rain is just not believable. And don't even get me started on the potential harm it could cause to the ecosystem... I mean, who knows what kind of long-term effects this could have on the environment? It's like they're throwing a bunch of band-aids at the problem instead of addressing the root cause. And what's with the lack of concrete results so far? It just seems like a publicity stunt to me...
