Ugh, like seriously? 300 billion dollars wasted on people not taking their meds as prescribed ? That's crazy! What's the deal with all these excuses about forgetting or side effects? Like, I get it, it's hard, but life or death stuff is at stake here . I know some ppl might be worried about affordability, but isn't there like, assistance programs or something? And what about just using a pill box or reminder app on ur phone? It's not that hard to stay on track...but hey, if u need help, talk to ur doc, obvi .
I think it's so weird that we're still struggling with this in 2025 . I mean, I've got my pill box next to my bed like a rockstar , but I know people who just wing it and wonder why they're not feeling better . It's not that hard, you just gotta follow the script . And yeah, I get it, side effects can be a bummer , but at least there are tools out there to help, like those pill organizers . My mom swears by them and now she never forgets to take her meds .
u guys gotta take ur meds as prescribed no cap it's like not just about u but also about the ppl around u who care bout u think abt all those meds r 4 chronic conditions dat can lead 2 serious complications or even death it's not worth riskin it 4 a lil doubt or side effects try 2 find ways 2 stay on track like gettin a pill organizer or havin a reminder system & dont be afraid 2 ask ur doc or pharmacist 4 help
I totally get why people forget to take their meds , but it's like, your body is literally trying to kill itself if you don't follow the script, right? It's not that hard to remember to take a pill once a day... unless you're one of those people who's always on-the-go like me . But seriously though, it's like, your life is worth more than just getting through the day without a side effect . I know some ppl struggle with cost and stuff, but that's why we got healthcare plans, right?
