Will South Africa’s Biko inquest finally yield justice for struggle icon?

idk why this is still taking so long tbh like what's the point of an inquest if it's just gonna be inconclusive again? shouldn't they've gotten to the bottom of this by now and btw i think its great that Nkosinathi is keeping his dad's legacy alive, but at the same time we gotta acknowledge that justice is slow and not always served my aunt has been fighting for truth and accountability on other cases in SA for years and it's heartbreaking to see how long it takes anyway, can't wait to see what this new inquest reveals, hopefully some real answers for the Biko family

just heard about this new inquest into Steve Biko's death still can't believe it's been so long since his passing feels like we're finally getting closure on a chapter that's been left open for far too long the thought of those responsible for his murder finally facing justice is a big deal and I'm keeping fingers crossed that this inquest brings some real answers to Nkosinathi and his family hope it's not just more of the same old excuses and cover-ups

I think it's crazy how much time has passed since Steve Biko's death and now we're finally getting some answers . The original inquest was super shady and inconclusive, so I'm glad the government is taking this seriously . Nkosinathi's been fighting for justice all these years and it's amazing he's still holding out hope that his dad gets the truth .

It's also kinda crazy how some people are worried that this might stir up old stuff and make them uncomfortable . Like, come on guys, if we're gonna fix the past, we gotta be willing to confront it . I think the Biko case is a huge deal because it shows us how far South Africa's come since then and how much work still needs to be done .

I'm so down for justice to finally be served and for Nkosinathi to get some closure . His dad's legacy lives on through all these amazing activists and politicians, and we can learn so much from his ideas about Black Consciousness .

can you believe it's been so long since steve biko passed away his legacy is still so relevant today and it's crazy that we're finally getting to the bottom of what happened to him this inquest is super important not just for biko's family but for all south africans who are still fighting for justice and equality i hope nkosinathi gets the justice he deserves and that this case leads to real change

this is sooo overdue lol nkosinathi has been pushin for justice for like 40 years now can't wait to see what comes outta dis new inquest hopefully it'll bring closure 2 his fam & de whole country needs 2 know da truth about steve's death
