WWE Hall of Famer calls out Bret Hart for 'bitter' remarks

WWE Hall of Famer Booker T Calls Out Bret Hart for "Bitter" Remarks Over Alleged Grudges.

In a recent podcast discussion with Brad Gilmore, Booker T expressed his concerns over his longtime friend and wrestling legend Bret Hart's increasingly bitter remarks towards former co-stars. The 10-time world champion called out Hart for his negativity, suggesting that the former wrestler's reputation is being ruined by his refusal to let go of past grievances.

Booker recalled their time working together in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and claimed that they were never bitter with each other, but has since noticed a change in Hart's behavior. He stated, "I like Bret Hart, Bret Hart has done so much for this business... now at this stage of the game, it's like I don't know, everything's nuclear."

Booker specifically mentioned Hart's well-documented feud with Bill Goldberg, which he claims is "deep-rooted" and not justified. The two men worked together in WCW Starrcade 1999, but their match ended with Hart claiming Goldberg failed to submit properly, leading to a head injury that contributed to his post-concussion syndrome.

However, Booker does consider Goldberg a friend after their time working together. He reiterated that he likes Bret Hart, but suggested that the former wrestler should dial it back on his interview remarks, stating "to not be able to relive some of the greatest moments in this business because of bitterness? It's going to be a lonely, lonely day at the end of this ride."

It appears that Booker T is urging Hart to reflect on his legacy and consider the impact of his words. With multiple recent interviews showcasing Hart's increasingly candid comments about WWE co-stars and colleagues, it seems clear that the wrestling world is watching as this legendary figure navigates the complexities of aging in the spotlight.

I'm not surprised that Bret Hart is speaking up, but like, I gotta agree with Booker T on this one... πŸ€” Still, you can't blame Bret for being bitter, what with all he's been through and how some of those feuds have affected his life. But, maybe it's time to put the past behind him? I mean, we've all got our demons, but when it comes out in interviews, it's like, hello! πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ Still, respect to Booker T for calling him out – I guess someone's gotta keep Bret in check 😊.

I gotta say πŸ€”, Bret Hart needs to chill out already 😎! I mean, Booker T is right, all that bitterness is gonna be his downfall. He's always been a class act, but now it seems like he's stuck in the past πŸ’”. Newsflash Bret: you can't control how others perceive you, and dwelling on past grievances isn't gonna make your legacy better πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ. I think what bothers me most is that he's taking out his frustration on people like Goldberg who didn't do anything to him 😐. The WWE world needs more positivity from legendary figures like Bret Hart, not negativity. Let the man enjoy his retirement in peace πŸ•ŠοΈ!

I totally feel Booker T on this one πŸ€”... like when our history teacher always goes on about how we need to focus on the positives, but then still mentions all those tough times, you know? It's like Bret Hart's just letting his frustrations out there and it's affecting his rep πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. I mean, I've seen him in person at a wrestling show and he's still got that charm, but maybe he needs to take a step back and think about how his words are being received? It's like when our school's drama club does a show and they're all about the negativity – it can be really draining for everyone involved 🎭.

idk man bret hart is always been a bit of a hothead even back when we was working together in wcw he thought he was above everyone else just 'cause he had that title reign under his belt but now it seems like he cant let go of grudges and its affecting his rep i think Booker T is right on point bret needs to chill out and focus on the good times not dwell on what went wrong 10 yrs ago we all go through ups and downs but this bitterness is taking it too far πŸ€―πŸ‘Š

omg u gotta love Booker T!!! 🀩 he's like the ultimate fanboy for Bret Hart lol, i mean who else is gonna call out their buddy for being bitter πŸ˜’ but seriously tho, i think Booker has a point... bret's been going around saying some pretty shady stuff about other people in the wrestling world and it's not cool πŸ€• like, bret's an icon and all but he can't just keep riding his own ego forever πŸ’β€β™€οΈ anyone who thinks brett's gonna change just 'cause Booker T said so is sadly mistaken πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ still love Bret tho, he was a part of some iconic matches in WCW and all that... but yeah, let him chill out a bit 🀞

I feel bad for Bret Hart, he's been through so much already with his career & life. Booker T's right though, we don't want our legends being bitter about past stuff πŸ€•, it can be really tiring to hold onto that negativity. I'm sure Bret still has a lot of love for the wrestling world & his fans, but maybe he just needs to focus on staying positive & enjoying the ride 😊?

πŸ€” I think Booker T has a fair point, you know? Bret Hart's been through some stuff, no doubt about it. The whole Goldberg thing was a real low point for both of them, and it's not like we don't know what went down between those two πŸ€•. But at the same time, can't we just move on from all that drama and focus on the good times? I mean, Bret Hart's an all-time great, no question about it. He's got so much history and experience to draw upon, but instead of being all bitter and negative, he could be giving us some wisdom and insight into what really goes down in this business 🀝.

It's like when you're a parent and your kid grows up and moves out - you still love them no matter what, right? You don't dwell on the fights or the times they did something wrong. You just want to see them happy and successful. I think that's what Booker T is trying to say with Bret Hart - can we just show some respect for each other, even if we didn't always get along?

It's all about perspective, you know? We're all getting older, including wrestlers like Bret Hart. Sometimes it's hard to let go of the past and focus on the future. But at the end of the day, it's still all about putting on a good show for us fans 🎀. So yeah, I think Booker T is right - we should try to dial it back a notch and just enjoy the ride.

I feel bad for Bret Hart, he's always been a great wrestler but now he's being kinda harsh towards his fellow wrestlers πŸ€•... I get why Booker T is looking out for him tho, they've worked together and know each other well. It's like when you've got an old friend who's getting older and their perspective changes, it can be tough to see them struggle with negativity πŸ˜”. But at the same time, Bret Hart has given so much to wrestling and deserves respect... I hope he finds a way to let go of his past grudges and not ruin his reputation πŸ™. Maybe a bit of reflection will help him dial back on those bitter remarks πŸ‘Š.

omg brett hart is being super bitter rn πŸ€•πŸ’”πŸ˜’ i get it he has some grudges but gotta let go, you know? ⚠️ 10 time world champion and still got beefs to settle 🌎 not cool, bro πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ but on the flip side brett hart did do alot for wwe & wrestling history πŸ†πŸ‘ still a legend in my eyes 😎
