Your office water cooler is dirtier than you think — here’s why

I'm so grossed out about this 🤢, I mean, who knew those office water coolers could be breeding grounds for bacteria? It's crazy to think that 70-80% of them are contaminated with bacteria! The fact that the nozzles are so dirty is just wild... it makes sense now why they're always dripping or leaking. I've had my fair share of dodgy water from these machines, but I never thought it was actually bad for me 🤔.

I'm all for prioritizing caution over convenience when it comes to our health. Bottled or filtered water might be more expensive, but trust me, it's worth it 💸. And can we just say that it's about time someone brought these office water coolers into the 21st century? I mean, shouldn't they have to meet the same safety standards as our tap water? The fact that there aren't regulations in place is just... ugh 🤦‍♀️.

Anyway, from now on, I'm making sure to grab bottled water from the store instead of relying on those sketchy office coolers 😂. You guys should do the same!

Ugh I'm so grossed out 😷 by this study! I mean, who knew those water coolers were basically petri dishes for bacteria? 🤢 It's crazy that 70-80% of them exceeded safety limits - that's like a huge portion of our office water supply being contaminated. And it makes sense that the nozzles are super dirty since we're all touching them when filling up our cups.

I'm all about convenience, but not at the cost of my health 🤧. I think bottled water or filtered water is the way to go from now on. It's like, a little extra expense for peace of mind? Worth it imo 💯. Can't we just make office water coolers safer and more regulatied or something?! 🚿

man... think about it... we're literally putting our health at risk just to save a minute of our busy schedule by grabbing a drink from the office cooler 🤯. I mean, what's the big deal if you gotta wait 10 seconds for water? and yeah, it's not like they're hiding anything, but still, shouldn't we be more proactive about taking care of ourselves? and another thing, bottled water isn't exactly the most eco-friendly option either... maybe there's a middle ground? like, get a water filter or something? 🤔

OMG, this is soooo true!!! 🤯 I mean, who knew that something as innocent as a water cooler could be harboring such germs?! 😷 I'm literally shaking thinking about all the times I used one and maybe, just maybe, I was exposing myself to some nasty bacteria 🚽💀. And don't even get me started on how gross it is that these machines aren't regulated like public drinking water 🤢. Bottled or filtered water, here I come! 💧 My favorite brand of bottled water is always the safest bet for me 🤑. We should totes consider our health over convenience, you know?! 🙌

🤢 just read that 70-80% of office water dispensers have bacterial contamination 🚽😷 what a shock. who knew those things were breeding grounds for germs? biofilms are the real villains here 🐜 and people rely on these things as their primary drinking water source 🤯. i mean, stagnant water is basically a petri dish for bacteria 🌿. we need to rethink our office water cooler habits ASAP 💡. bottled or filtered water might be the way to go... just sayin' 💧👍
