A propos - Landmark trial accusing social media companies of addicting children to their platforms begins

I mean, think about it... we're living in a time where these massive corporations are finally being held accountable for their actions 🤯. It's crazy to think that just a few years ago, nobody even thought twice about the impact social media was having on our youth 📱. But now, with all this evidence piling up, it's hard to deny that something needs to change 💔.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda nostalgic for the good old days of dial-up internet and Myspace 😂. It was all so innocent back then. We didn't have to worry about our mental health or social media addiction 🤦‍♀️. But I guess that's just the romantic in me talking.

Seriously though, these trials are a huge step forward for society. If we can hold these companies accountable for their role in harming our youth, maybe we can start to create a healthier online environment 🌱. It's time for social media companies to put users' well-being above profits 💸. Fingers crossed these trials bring about some real change 🤞

I'm so glad to see this happen! 🙌 These big tech companies have been flying under the radar for far too long, and it's about time someone held them accountable for their actions 🤔. Frances Haugen is a total rockstar for speaking out against these practices – we need more people like her who are willing to take on the tough conversations 💪. It's heartbreaking to think about all the young lives that have been affected by social media addiction, but if we can make some real change here, it could be a game-changer 🌟. I'm so optimistic about these landmark trials – let's hope they lead to some serious reforms and a safer online space for everyone ❤️.

OMG 😱 this is crazy! Like seriously, how could these giants just keep profiting off of our kids' misery? 🤯 It's not just about the addiction part, it's about the whole mental health impact, like, they're literally manipulating our kids to spend hours on end staring at screens and affecting their self-esteem and stuff... 🚨 I'm so glad Frances Haugen is speaking out, she sounds super brave! 💁‍♀️ And I feel like this trial is just the beginning, we need more voices like hers making some noise about these companies' practices. We can't keep letting them get away with putting profits over people's lives... it's time for change 🔄
