Celtic: Junior Adamu, Benjamin Arthur and Joel Mvuka join on loan

Celtic has made three major signings on loan ahead of the second half of the season. Junior Adamu, a 24-year-old Austrian striker, joins from Bundesliga club Freiburg, where he has scored seven goals in 67 appearances. Celtic have an option to buy him in the summer.

Benjamin Arthur, a 22-year-old England youth international, also joins on loan from Premier League outfit Brentford. The centre-half has made just three appearances for the Bees, but Celtic boss Martin O'Neill believes he is "an excellent player" with "real attributes".

Lastly, Joel Mvuka, a 20-year-old Norwegian winger, signs on loan from Lorient in France. Despite having played against Celtic before, in the Conference League in 2022, this will be his first spell at the club.

Adamu, who has nine caps for Austria, is looking to make an impact and help Celtic win the league and Scottish Cup double. Arthur's arrival allows Stephen Welsh to return to Motherwell on loan after being recalled during January.

Just heard about Celtic's new signings πŸ€©πŸ‘! Adamu's a beast up front, scored 7 goals in 67 appearances for Freiburg πŸš€. And Arthur's gotta be legit if Martin O'Neill thinks he's an "excellent player" 😎. I'm hyped to see how they all mesh together on the pitch. Welsh getting sent out on loan is a bummer tho... but at least we get some fresh talent coming in πŸ’ͺ! Think Celtic can bring home that league and Scottish Cup double? πŸ†πŸ‘Š

OMG, this season is getting crazy! I'm not even mad about the signings themselves, but like have you guys noticed how slow the transfer news comes out? 🀯 It feels like there's always a 30-minute delay between when a player joins and when it shows up on our feeds. And can we talk about how many of these loan deals are basically just one-way streets? Like, what's the point if Celtic don't have an option to buy them at the end of the season? πŸ€” Anyway, I guess it's good that Adamu is looking to make a statement with his goals... fingers crossed he does better than our current striker! πŸ˜…

The strategic maneuvering by Martin O'Neill to bolster Celtic's squad ahead of the second half of the season is noteworthy πŸ€”. The signings of Junior Adamu, Benjamin Arthur, and Joel Mvuka indicate a calculated effort to address areas of concern while maximizing opportunities for existing players. The Austrian striker Adamu, with his Bundesliga experience, could prove instrumental in propelling Celtic towards their league title aspirations πŸ’ͺ. Meanwhile, Arthur's loan move from Brentford may help to bolster the defensive ranks, whereas Mvuka's arrival provides a much-needed injection of pace and creativity on the flanks πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ. Overall, these signings suggest that O'Neill is committed to achieving Celtic's dual objectives, namely winning both the league title and Scottish Cup πŸ‘.

omg i just saw dis news about celtic makin 3 major signings on loan for the 2nd half of the season & im HYPED 🀩😍! adamu da austria striker is lookin fierce with 7 goals in 67 appearances 4 freiburg - what a gem! & benjamin arthur, england youth int'l, seems like a solid recruit too, martin o'neill knows his stuff 😎. annd Joel mvuka, dat norwegian winger, gettin his chance at celtic - cant wait 2 see him bringin da noise on the pitch πŸ’₯πŸ’ͺ🏽!

⚽️ I think these signings are gonna be game-changers for Celtic! They're bringing in some serious talent to boost their chances of winning that double. πŸ†

omg I'm loving these loan signings from Celtic!!! Adamu sounds like a beast at 24 yrs old with 7 goals in 67 appearances 🀯🏈, I can already imagine him scoring for the Hoops in the Scottish Cup final! And Arthur's got some serious skills too πŸ€”, only made 3 appearances for Brentford but Celtic thinks he's "an excellent player"... I'll believe it when I see it πŸ˜‚. But seriously, these additions are gonna give them a boost for the rest of the season πŸ’ͺ. And Joel Mvuka's a cool pick up from Lorient 🌟. Bring on the Scottish Cup double πŸ†πŸŽ‰!

πŸ€” So they're just gonna let this happen without any strings attached? A 24-year-old Austrian striker and a 22-year-old England youth international just walk into Celtic and expect them to win the league with these new signings? πŸ€‘ It's like they think the Scottish Cup is up for grabs or something... 😏 I mean, I'm not saying it's impossible, but there's gotta be more to this than meets the eye. Maybe Martin O'Neill has some hidden agenda, like using these loan signings to scout out potential future buys or something? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ And what about Brentford? Why did they let Arthur go on loan in the first place? Was it a ploy to get Celtic interested and now he's just gonna help them win the league and then...? πŸ€‘ I'm not saying it's all conspiracy, but you can't rule out the possibility that there's more going on behind the scenes than we're being told 😎

I'm loving these new signings at Celtic! 🀩 I mean, who wouldn't want a striker like Junior Adamu scoring goals left and right? He's got some serious game, seven goals in 67 appearances is no joke! 😲 And Benjamin Arthur looks like a solid addition too, Martin O'Neill knows what he's talking about, this lad's gotta be good if the gaffer says so. πŸ’― As for Joel Mvuka, I'm curious to see how he does out there on the wing, playing against Celtic before and all that. Maybe he'll finally get his chance to shine. 🀞 Let's hope these signings help Celtic bring home that league and Scottish Cup double! πŸ‘

🐱 so what makes martin o'Neill think benjamin arthur is that good if he only played 3 games for brentford? i mean, stats dont lie but you cant just take someone at face value, right? πŸ€” and what happened to james hillen and david marshall who were the centre backs for celtic before? did they not want to play anymore or was it just a tactical thing? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ also i wonder how joel mvuka is gonna fit into the team since celtic already have so many attacking options... πŸ€”

omg three new signings already? i guess it's gonna be a interesting second half of the season lol 🀣, but seriously how many teams can afford to keep sending out loans every few months? freiburg must hate freiburg's life right now πŸ˜‚, and benjamin arthur is 22 and has only played three times for brentford... i mean i love a good underdog story, but come on dude πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ. anyway, celtic's been doing alright without these guys, so we'll see how this one plays out πŸ€”

Omg I'm so hyped for Celtic's new signings!!! 🀩 Adamu sounds like a beast, seven goals in 67 appearances is no joke! I love how they're giving youth players a chance too, Arthur's got some big clubs behind him and now he's getting to shine at Parkhead. And Mvuka's been here before so I'm sure he'll bring some magic to the team πŸ˜ŽπŸ’« I think Celtic's got a real shot at that league and Scottish Cup double this season... let's do this! βš½οΈπŸ‘Š

OMG, I'm super stoked about these new signings at Celtic! πŸ˜† They're gonna boost their squad for sure! Adamu seems like a solid pick, scoring 7 goals in 67 games - that's not bad at all! 🀩 And Arthur, being an England youth international, is gotta be good to go, right? He sounds like he's got the skills 🎯. Mvuka's a young gun, but Lorient couldn't keep him out, so I think he'll bring some fire to Celtic too πŸ”₯. This double push for the league and cup is looking more achievable by the day πŸ’ͺ!

So much drama in Glasgow this season! I'm loving the moves by Celtic, they're definitely making a statement with these three new signings 🀯! Adamu seems like a solid addition, Freiburg isn't exactly the top tier so it's good he's got some decent goals under his belt. Arthur's youth international cred is nice, but 3 appearances for Brentford? I'm not sure if he's ready to shine just yet... still, O'Neill's trust in him gives me hope 😊. And Mvuka's a wild card - Lorient wasn't exactly the biggest club in France 🀣. Can't wait to see how these three develop and help Celtic take home that league title πŸ†πŸ’ͺ

I'm kinda thinking they're making a solid move with Adamu, he seems like a decent addition to the squad πŸ€”... but at the same time, I don't know, maybe he's just not that special and we'll be stuck with him for the rest of the season 😐. And Arthur, yeah, that lad looks promising, but O'Neill saying he's "an excellent player" is a bit of an exaggeration in my opinion... still, gotta admit, it's nice to see some new faces at Celtic ⚽️. Mvuka's arrival is like, what's the point? He played against us before and didn't make much of an impact... so not sure how much more he'll change things around here πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. Guess we'll just have to wait and see how it all plays out ⏰!

im loving how celtic is taking a risk on these young players they've got potential but you never know what's gonna happen when you bring in new blood especially with a manager like martin o'Neill who knows his stuff πŸ’‘πŸ‘

I'm not surprised Celtic is making some big moves in the transfer market πŸ€‘. They've been struggling this season, so they need all the help they can get πŸ’ͺ. I think Adamu could be a decent signing, he's scored goals for his country and has experience in the Bundesliga πŸ‘. But let's not get carried away just yet ⚠️. Celtic always seem to find ways to mess things up πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ.

Arthur being an "excellent player" with "real attributes" sounds like a bit of an exaggeration to me πŸ€”. I've seen some decent center-halves in the Premier League who can hold their own without needing to be hyped up 😐. And what's with all these loan signings? Can't Celtic just buy players instead of relying on other teams' scraps πŸ€‘?

I'm not expecting much from this summer's transfer window, to be honest πŸ˜’. Celtic will probably spend a fortune on someone who'll leave them after six months ⏰. But hey, at least it's something to talk about πŸ’¬!

omg, i'm literally so hyped about these new signings 🀩! Adamu sounds like a beast upfront, 7 goals in 67 appearances is no joke πŸ’ͺ. and benjamin arthur is a youth international from england, i'm sure martin o'Neill saw something special in him 😎. but what's up with joel mvuka being on loan again? didn't we already get him back last season? πŸ€” anyway, gotta say, these additions might just give celtic the push they need to take down rangers and win that league title πŸ’₯

omg did u hear abt celtic's new signings 🀯 i'm so stoked they got junior adamu he sounds like a beast with 7 goals in 67 appearances 😲 i wonder how he'll do in scotland tho πŸ€” and benjamin arthur is a youth international from england? i thought celts were gonna go all out for an aussie or south american striker lol πŸ™„
