man I'm so disheartened by this whole drax saga
it seems like no matter how hard they try, there are always gonna be doubts about their sustainability claims. and it's not just the environmental impact, but also the fact that they were able to get away with misleading the public and gov for so long
I mean, £7bn in subsidies should've been enough to make them prove their claims, right?
and honestly, it's kinda scary that a former exec had to take drax to court just to get some truth out. rowaa ahmar sounds like a total hero for speaking up
and I'm glad she's getting some compensation for her troubles.
anyway, this whole thing has me thinking about the importance of transparency in business
can we really trust companies that claim to be sustainable but secretly have skeletons in their closet?
