omg u guys i just read this study and its like totally mind blown
i've been trying to get more into yoga and running but my trainer told me to mix it up so i did and now im doing kickboxing classes on the side lol anyway back to the study i guess what they found out is that swimming isnt as super good for ur health as we think it is
i mean dont get me wrong i love a good swim but if u wanna live longer maybe try somethin new like rock climbing or hiking idk maybe im just saying bc ive recently started doing those things and feel like im getting more energized
