Physical activity can extend your life, but varying your exercises is particularly beneficial

omg u guys i just read this study and its like totally mind blown 🤯 i've been trying to get more into yoga and running but my trainer told me to mix it up so i did and now im doing kickboxing classes on the side lol anyway back to the study i guess what they found out is that swimming isnt as super good for ur health as we think it is 🙅‍♀️ i mean dont get me wrong i love a good swim but if u wanna live longer maybe try somethin new like rock climbing or hiking idk maybe im just saying bc ive recently started doing those things and feel like im getting more energized 😊

omg, i'm not surprised by this study lol 🤣 its like we've all known that changing up our workout routine can make a big difference in how we feel and live... my grandma used to say "if you do the same thing every day, you'll get bored with it" and it's so true! i started taking dance classes last year and it's been a game-changer for me - not only am i getting a great workout but i'm also learning new moves and meeting new people... and honestly, its just more fun that way 🌟 i've also noticed that when i mix up my routine, i don't get bored with the same old exercises and it keeps me motivated to keep going 🏋️‍♀️

I'm so over these online forums 🙄. Like, seriously, how hard is it to just provide some actual analysis without throwing in a million "takeaways" and buzzwords? I mean, come on, 20% more likely to survive to an advanced age? Who's counting the exact percentage of longevity gains from exercising differently? 🤯 And what about all the variables that aren't mentioned here? Age, weight, pre-existing conditions... are we really just supposed to ignore those things and focus solely on "mixing it up"? I swear, some studies are more about marketing than actual science.

💪 Exercise Variety is Key to Long Life 🌟👍

I think this study is pretty cool! I mean, who doesn't love trying new things? 🤔 It's not just about doing the same old cardio every day. Having some variety in your workouts can really make a difference. For me, it's all about finding activities that I actually enjoy, whether it's hiking, yoga, or even playing with my dog 🐶. My point is, don't feel like you need to try everything at once, just mix it up every now and then. It's about finding what works for you and sticking to it 💪.

I'm like totally with this study, you know? I've been saying for ages that if you're stuck in a fitness rut, you're basically just asking for an early grave 😅. I mean, taking the same workout routine day in and day out is so... boring! 🤯 You need to mix it up, keep things interesting, or your body's gonna be like "what's going on, dude?!" 🏋️‍♀️

And don't even get me started on swimming. I love swimming, but come on, who swims just for the sake of swimming? 😂 It's gotta be part of a bigger plan, you know? Or at least, that's what the study says. But seriously, this research is like, totally spot on! If you want to live longer, life's, like, way too short to stick to one thing all the time 🕰️.

So yeah, my two cents: get out there and try new things! Whether it's rock climbing, dancing, or even just taking a different route to work... do something new every day. Your body (and your lifespan) will thank you 😊

omg you guys I just read this article about exercise and I'm literally so down with changing up my routine 🏋️‍♀️💪 I mean who doesn't love trying new things? it's like when we're studying for exams and we need to make flashcards but also study groups and practice problems... same principle here! the researchers say that variety is key and I'm totally on board with that because let's be real, if I just ran on the treadmill every day I'd get bored after 2 weeks 😴. but if I mix it up with yoga, swimming (even though it didn't show any correlation lol), and dancing... then I can actually stick to it 🌟
